For Greenoaks Gathering Trader, Reader and Therapist Applications close at the dark moon on 11th September 2026.

If your application is successful, we will send an invoice with payment details on or around the full moon of 26th October 2026. To secure your pitch, the deposit needs to be paid to Greenoaks Gathering by the Winter Solstice on 21st December – or your space will be released.

Please fill in your applications with as much detail as possible. This will give you the best chance of being selected. We know that the form looks long, but we need as much information as possible to ensure the best selections are made for Greenoaks Gathering. This is not a first come, first served, situation. We want to ensure we have enough diversity in trading and a good balance throughout the festival to give everyone a chance of success and enjoyment.

TRADERS – You will require a Risk Assessment and Insurance to complete the application, along with images of your stall and products to showcase yourself. Please have these ready to upload. We have a maximum of 25 spaces available.

MUSICIANS – Folk, traditional, gothic, pagan, witchy, rocky – we’re open to almost anything that fits our vibe. Check out this video from 2024 or this video from 2025 or this video from 2026 (all by Celtic Pirate Productions) to get a feel for us. You will require a basic tech spec to complete the application. Please ensure we have links to your music as well as images of yourselves. Please show off. We want to want you!

READERS AND THERAPISTS – You will require a Risk Assessment, Insurance and proof of qualifications to complete the application, along with images of yourself and your set up. Please have these ready to upload.

PERFORMERS – You may need Risk Assessments and Insurance depending on what you do! We will be in touch for these if they are not supplied. If you already have them (e.g. fire dancers, sword dancers, etc.) please include them. Social media links and images are encouraged. Tell us why we will regret not having you join us!

SPEAKERS AND WORKSHOP FACILITATORS – You will need a Risk Assessment for any “hands-on” crafts and we will be in touch for these if they are not supplied with your application. Please make sure we have titles and short descriptions for all talks and workshops that you would like to offer. You may supply as many options as you would like, we may only accept 1 or 2 so please state if you have a preference. We only have limited slots, make yourself stand out and shine bright!
